Redrock Homes has been selling and setting factory-crafted homes from our lot at 1875 S Hwy 89A in Kanab since 1995. We are a family owned business, and it shows up in how the place actually runs, not just in the tagline. Mike Reed’s daughter and son work here alongside him, and customers who walk in tend to say it feels less like a dealership and more like visiting family.
Mike trained through the Utah Manufacturing Housing Association and still attends seminars to stay current on the codes, the products and the financing landscape, because a thirty-year-old business only stays useful if the person running it keeps learning. We are a Utah licensed and bonded dealer, and we are licensed general contractors in both Utah and Arizona, which is a large part of why customers come back and send their friends and family our way.

Stan handles sales and stays in touch as your customer liaison from first visit to final buy off. Shane runs the construction crew, which is licensed and insured and recertified every two years on its general contractors license. Kristi runs the office. Stop in and meet all of us.

We are a Utah licensed and bonded manufactured home dealer, and licensed general contractors in both Utah and Arizona. That second licence is the one most dealers do not hold, and it is why we can quote the ground and the home together instead of handing the site work to someone else.

Our construction crew is licensed and insured, and recertified every two years to keep the general contractors license current.

Every home we sell, whether Cavco or Champion, carries a one-year factory warranty from the day it is set.
Cavco and Champion dealer
We carry Cavco out of both the Phoenix and Goodyear plants, plus Champion Homes, so we can price a plan against a second lineup when the budget is tight.
