Most dealers sell you a home and wish you luck with the lot. We quote the home and the ground together, so the number you sign is the number that gets you keys.

Cavco out of Phoenix and Goodyear, plus Champion. Display models stand on the lot in Kanab, so you can walk a plan before you order one. Every home meets or exceeds HUD code and carries a one-year factory warranty.

Bare dirt to keys
Not a brochure sequence. This is the order the work happens in, and every step below is one we do ourselves or manage directly.
The lot
Slope, access, water, power, and what the county will let you do. This is where a manufactured home purchase usually goes wrong, because the dealer quotes the box and someone else discovers the pad costs. We price the ground and the home in one bid.
The plan
Sit down with Mike or Stan and go through sections, square footage and options in detail. Customers tell us the pricing detail is the part they remember, because you can see what each choice costs before you commit to it.
The factory
Steel cross members and outriggers are welded to steel I-beams to form the base frame. Sheet rock is both nailed and glued to the studs. The roof is sealed with tar three feet from the edge before it is shingled. None of that happens in the rain.
The set
Our crew does the site work and the set. Shane runs the construction side. When the sections come together, seams and patterns are checked to match, and the home is finished on site rather than left at ninety percent.
Kane County
Kanab sits in Southern Utah’s Kane County, close to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. It is a good place to put a house, and a demanding one. We have been setting homes on this ground for thirty years.
